We remember, the Russian Embassy in Romania and representatives of associations of Russian compatriots are preparing for Victory Day not only by rehearsing songs from the wartime years... On the eve of the 79th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, staff of the Russian Embassy in Romania and representatives of Russian compatriot associations carried out cleaning and landscaping of Soviet soldiers' graves in the cities of Sinaia and Brașov, as well as wreath-laying ceremonies at the Soviet memorials of liberator soldiers. Additionally, a Russian citizen living in Brașov, awarded the "Resident of the Besieged Leningrad" badge, was presented with a congratulation from the President of the Russian Federation, V.V. Putin, on the upcoming Victory Day.
