Children and teenagers from twenty-three countries participated in the International Online Festival “Children of the Galaxy,” organized for Cosmonautics Day by the Coordination Council of Russian Compatriots' Organizations (CCRCO) in Tunisia. The organizing committee received nearly six hundred creative submissions from young compatriots, reports the CCRCO Tunisia. Festival participants were children and teenagers aged between four and eighteen years from Russia, Morocco, Ecuador, Qatar, Egypt, Palestine, India, Malaysia, Chile, CIS countries, and other states. The organizers thanked the young creators, as well as their educators and parents for their participation. The “Children of the Galaxy” festival allowed participants to showcase their vocal, recitation, artistic, and other abilities. Creative works in all five categories were dedicated to the space theme. Special awards were provided for those who demonstrated their talents in multiple areas. Diplomas were also awarded to schools and educators who submitted the largest number of works. One of the main goals of the festival was to support the Russian language among the younger generation of foreigners.
