In Sevastopol, as part of the annual solemn ceremony of transferring the Eternal Flame, the merging of flame particles into a single torch will take place. The strong and unbreakable connection between Sevastopol and the cities of Crimea — this is what the ceremony, which has been conducted for 10 years on the territory of the peninsula as part of the cultural-patriotic project "Honor and Dignity", aims to demonstrate.
