The city of Shuya in the Ivanovo region is hosting the exhibition of contemporary Christian art "After the Icon" as part of the "Russian Christmas" festival. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the world of contemporary Christian art, where traditional images are given a fresh interpretation without deviating from canonical guidelines. The exhibition features works by more than 50 artists from across Russia. The main mission of "Russian Christmas" is to revive the beautiful traditions of celebrating this holiday. This year, the festival is being held for the sixth time. As part of the event, charity concerts will be held — proceeds from ticket sales will be directed to the budget of the regional fund "We Don’t Leave Our Own Behind."
