From May 22-24, the A.S. Pushkin State Institute of Russian Language will host the Kostomarov Forum — the main annual event in the world of the Russian language. The forum is established in memory of the founder, the first rector, and president of the Institute, V.G. Kostomarov. Registration for in-person participation is open until May 15, inclusive. The forum gathers at the Pushkin Institute leading scientists, methodologists, teachers, and simply lovers of the Russian language from around the world. In 2024, the main theme of the forum will be "Language and Style of Media Texts." The program will include more than 30 events, including panel discussions, round tables, seminars, conferences, workshops, creative meetings with writers, and presentations of research. You can follow the latest news of the Forum on the Pushkin Institute's channel. For those unable to attend the forum events in person, recordings of the broadcasts will be available.
