The organizers of the contest are the A.A. Gromyko Foreign Policy Studies Association, MGIMO of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus, and the Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences, supported by the Permanent Committee of the Union State, the Eurasian Economic Commission, and the CIS Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation. Participants can be students and graduates of higher education institutions, postgraduates, researchers, professors, journalists, analysts, business sector specialists, representatives of NGOs, and diplomats from CIS member states, not older than 40 years. Participation in the contest is available in the following categories: - Main category – scientific articles by postgraduates, researchers, professors, analysts, and diplomats not older than 40 years as of August 1, 2024; - Debut category – scientific articles by students and graduates of higher education institutions not older than 30 years as of August 1, 2024; - "Essay Contest" category – journalistic essays by students and graduates of higher education institutions not older than 30 years as of August 1, 2024. The winning articles in the main category will be published in leading scientific journals (including those listed in VAK). The works of all finalists will be published in a scientific anthology. At least 50 finalists will receive a grant to participate in the Finalists Forum in Moscow in July 2024 to present their works, participate in unique workshops, and a rich cultural program. Winners in the main category will receive valuable prizes—a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. In the debut category – a smartwatch, fitness bracelet, or external hard drive.
