The Russian government has approved a list of 47 countries whose citizens can move to Russia. Citizens of these countries, (http://publication.pravo.gov.ru/document/0001202409200036) who share the traditional spiritual and moral values of the Russian Federation, will be able to request a permit for temporary residence outside of quotas and without taking exams in the Russian language, history, and legislation of Russia. The corresponding decree was signed by Vladimir Putin in August (https://t.me/ranarod/20694). The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to issue 3-month visas to residents of these countries.
