President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, congratulated graduates, their parents, and mentors on this holiday. In his opinion, this day is filled with dreams, hopes, and the romance of youth. The head of state emphasized that after graduating from school, a new stage in life begins for young people. Starting today, Vladimir Putin emphasized, graduates will have to make important decisions on their own.
