From September 26-28, 2024, the International Forum “Russian Energy Week” will be held in Moscow — the main event in the energy sector and a key international platform for discussing current issues related to the development of the fuel and energy complex. The forum’s goal is to showcase the prospects of Russia’s fuel and energy complex and to realize the potential of international cooperation in the energy sector. The event will be attended by representatives of federal authorities, heads of relevant foreign departments, energy experts, leaders of Russian and foreign energy companies, scientists, and media representatives. The forum’s business program architecture includes over 30 events divided into thematic blocks: • “International Agenda: Cooperation for Development”; • “Sustainable Energy Development”; • “Technologies and Data as the Basis of Leadership”; • “Development of Russia’s Energy Sector: Strategy and Regulation”; • “Socially Oriented Energy Sector”. The REN forum will also feature a meeting of BRICS energy ministers and the annual meeting of the BRICS Energy Research Platform. Special attention will be given to Russia-Africa cooperation in the energy sector.
