Until September 18, 2024, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media of the Russian Federation is accepting applications from IT solution clients whose projects may receive the status of highly significant and a government grant covering up to 50% of their cost. A total of 6 billion rubles will be allocated to support the projects. Criteria the project must meet: align with priority directions; the client and developer must not be affiliated; the developer retains exclusive rights to the solution after project implementation; a complete solution is offered, not just a separate module; no mature Russian analogs exist on the market; non-budgetary funding and overlap with previously approved highly significant projects are assessed. Application process: Submit the request. Fill out the project description and characteristics, attach the necessary documents, and submit for approval. The application will be reviewed for completeness and correctness and sent for evaluation to the Industrial Competence Centers (ICC) and the Competence Centers for the Development of Systemic and Applied Software (CDC). After approval by the industry committees and the Ministry of Digital Development, the list of highly significant projects will be approved by the Presidium of the Government Commission. Applications will be reviewed by December 10, 2024, and a decision will be made on support.
