From July 27 to August 4, the VII International Arts Festival "Inspiration" is being held at VDNKh in Moscow. It features 10 international projects from Argentina, Armenia, Brazil, Greece, Iran, Spain, France, Chile, and South Africa. Additionally, there are 18 Russian projects from Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Novorossiysk, Perm, and St. Petersburg. Over 9 days, there will be more than 70 events: performances, concerts, film screenings, contemporary dance labs, and performances.
The "Inspiration" festival spans 11 locations at VDNKh: the Green Theater, the House of Culture, the square by the "Friendship of Peoples" fountain, the "Worker and Kolkhoz Woman" pavilion, Pavilion No. 33, the "Cosmos" pavilion, the Industry Square, the area in front of the "Optics" pavilion, the "Sun of Moscow" Ferris wheel, the dance floor in Ostankino Park, and the main alley. More than 300 Russian and international artists will participate in the festival's events.
The festival is planned for nine days, during which VDNKh will host performances, concerts, film screenings, and performances. There will be contemporary dance and theater labs.
The storytelling performance "VDNKh. Memories: Space, Roller Skates, and Cotton Candy" will allow audiences to hear real stories from VDNKh visitors of different years performed by actors. Film screenings of "Podkidysh," "A Girl with Character," and "Tractor Drivers" by Ivan Pyryev will help immerse viewers in the atmosphere of 1939, when the exhibition first opened.
