Sergey Sobyanin announced the festival project "Winter in Moscow."
The Mayor of Moscow shared on his blog details about the events planned to enrich the winter season in the city. He noted that the new event format, successfully tested during the "Summer in Moscow" festival, has been highly appreciated. It attracted over 38 million visitors.
Starting December 1, residents and tourists can enjoy charitable and gastronomic festivals, musical and theatrical evenings, workshops, sports events, as well as a magic market and the largest New Year’s quest.
Over 1,900 venues will host activities. The project will seamlessly incorporate Moscow's major winter festivals, such as "Journey to Christmas," "Moscow Estates," "Moscow Tea Party," and many others. Additionally, events like the "Santa Claus Run" and the "Snow Maidens on Ice" flash mob will take place.
Detailed information about planned activities and their locations is available in the special "Winter in Moscow" section on mos.ru (https://zima.mos.ru/events/).
