The possibility of moving to Russia is increasingly being discussed by residents of Western countries, reports TASS. According to Georgiy Muradov, the Permanent Representative of Crimea to the President of the Russian Federation, the desire to live in Russia is especially frequent among the Balkan states. For foreigners, Russia is primarily attractive because of its respect for human rights and preservation of traditional values, he explained. For the people of the Balkans, the shared history and culture are also important. The Balkans and Russia share a common destiny, a joint struggle for the freedom of the Balkan peoples, and a common geographical space — the Black Sea region. And the people of the Balkan Peninsula are most interested in Crimea. However, according to Muradov, the majority of these countries are hindered from establishing direct ties and building relationships with Crimea due to "colonial dependence." The elites of these countries follow the demands of their Washington masters and the Euro-bureaucracy, which is influenced by Washington. The attractiveness of Russia, where human rights are respected regardless of ethnic or religious affiliation, is recognized by all objective people in the world, concluded Georgiy Muradov. As reported by "Russkiy Mir," German citizens who have returned to Russia and chosen to live on the Crimean Peninsula are integrating into society and creating new jobs. According to Yuri Gempel, the head of the State Council of Crimea's Committee on People's Diplomacy and Interethnic Relations, more than two hundred families from Germany moved to the peninsula in 2023.
