Did you know that the Tower at "Five Corners" has a "permanent resident"?
The artist and photographer Sergey Syomkin, also known as Semas, works in the tower.
According to the artist's recollections, they used to sneak into the tower during the times of the Leningrad Rock Club, drinking beer on the semi-ruined attic. Later, Sergey ended up working here.
The artist believes the tower has a huge influence on him and his creativity. Formally, the studio belongs to the city — Sergey rents it from KUGI.
