A celebration every day! From September 21 to 29, the “ancient” Izmailovo Kremlin will host the “Russian Cuisine 2024” festival. There will be masterclasses led by top chefs, college students, and food bloggers, and these same participants will compete in culinary battles. Culinary flash mobs, record-sized dishes, and prize giveaways from partners are also expected. The only thing the organizers didn’t mention is whether there will be tastings until you’re on the verge of passing out. And it would have been great to see a culinary fair during the festival, but no such promises have been made.
