Around a thousand events, including tours, educational, creative, and sports activities, will take place in Moscow's parks by the end of autumn, according to the press service of the city’s Department of Culture.
"45 parks are inviting residents and tourists to clubs, workshops, and sections. Thanks to the warm weather in September, about 1,500 events have already been organized for Muscovites and tourists. By the end of November, another thousand excursions, educational, creative, and sports activities are planned. For instance, in Gorky Park, outdoor workshops, classical music concerts, and running club training sessions have been prepared for city residents. In Neskuchny Garden, there are mini-football lessons, and in Kuzminki Park, on Thursdays, children can participate in yoga classes—in a playful format, experienced instructors will teach stretching and general physical exercises. For adults, training sessions are held on Mondays and Thursdays. In the N.E. Bauman Garden, acting classes have resumed, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Nordic walking enthusiasts gather here. In addition, the "Akademgorodok" site in the Mitino landscape park offers workshops on archaeology, pottery, book printing, as well as historical exhibition quests and board games on different days. In Sokolniki Park, the Children's Creativity House operates, where kids can sign up for choreography, acting, visual arts, and many other studios. Meanwhile, visitors to Izmailovsky Park can learn the basics of the DJ profession on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
