The call for applications has started for the 3rd International Competition "Leader of Public Diplomacy" The Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia and Africa, in partnership with the Government of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, has announced (https://mosds.mos.ru/presscenter/news/detail/12478868.html) the opening of applications for the 3rd International Competition "Leader of Public Diplomacy". The goal of the competition is to identify and support Russian and international public leaders whose activities are aimed at developing public diplomacy, interethnic and interreligious peace, friendship, and mutual understanding among peoples. The competition is held with the support of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Interethnic Relations, the State Duma, Rossotrudnichestvo, the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Assembly of the Peoples of Russia, and others. Partners include representatives of non-governmental organizations from 20 countries in Europe and Asia. Applications (http://xn--80aaaobybwjdckgmi7b5oj.xn--p1ai/) will be accepted until September 15. In the second stage, an educational online intensive will be conducted for all participants. Then, by October 15, the competition committee will select 100 semi-finalists. In the third stage, participants will need to complete and submit practical tasks, based on which 30 finalists will be selected. Finalists will travel to Khanty-Mansiysk, where from November 18, within the framework of the International Forum of Public Diplomacy, final competitions will be held, and the winners will be announced.
