The Moscow booth was one of the most popular at the Indonesia Game Developer Exchange (IGDX) in Indonesia. Developers from the capital showcased their video games, participating in such an event for the first time.
The delegation included both major market players and small development teams.
As part of the business program, meetings were held with potential partners from Indonesia, China, Brazil, and other friendly countries – about 130 in total. The showcased products included mobile and computer games of various genres, some based on Russian fairy tales.
For instance, international colleagues were intrigued by a car racing simulator developed by a Moscow company, featuring a special gaming car seat, as well as an adventure project about events in a magical world.
During the exhibition, Moscow also presented Russia’s first video game and animation cluster, which will open at the Skolkovo Innovation Center in 2025. On an area of approximately 40,000 square meters, state-of-the-art equipment and all necessary resources will be made available for industry professionals.
