Participants from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and others are welcome to join. Applications are accepted in three age categories: 5–10 years; 11–16 years; 17 years and older. Applicants need to record a video up to 10 minutes long in one of six nominations related to Pushkin's work and heritage. The selection will take place in two stages: remote: from June 10 to August 5, 2024; in-person: in October 2024. Register on the website vmk-konkurs.ru by August 5.
