On December 12-13, St. Petersburg will host the XII International Forum “Eurasian Economic Perspective.” This year’s theme is “Integrative Interaction in Greater Eurasia as the Foundation of a New Multipolar World.”
The forum’s agenda (detailed program link) will include a plenary session and thematic discussions focusing on key topics:
• opportunities for developing non-resource exports and industrial cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU);
• issues of economic cooperation within the Union State of Russia and Belarus;
• the impact of BRICS expansion on the development of the Greater Eurasia region.
“The Greater Eurasia region embodies the values of a multipolar world, to which the Russian Federation aspires. To develop and expand the opportunities of the Eurasian space, our country actively participates in integration formats conducted within the framework of cooperation between regional and transregional organizations. I am confident that this year’s forum will mark a series of significant events, including Russia’s presidency of BRICS, and help define the vector of future development,” said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation.
Registration is available on the forum’s official website (link here), and applications for participation are open until December 5 inclusive.
