A truly good morning from Kamchatka — rescuers saved the life of a young orca girl who found herself in shallow water and was unable to breathe. Her skin had already begun to crack from the dryness, so EMERCOM staff and volunteers manually poured water over her. Using a large vehicle, they lifted the "little one" with two ropes and transported her back to the water, so she could swim away with the tide.
