To receive the service, the following conditions must be met simultaneously: The applicant must have a verified account on the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (EPGU); The applicant must have an enhanced unqualified electronic signature obtained in the "Goskey" application; Verified biometric data is required (the applicant must personally visit a bank in Russia with a passport and SNILS). The application can only be submitted using a device with a functioning webcam and microphone through the Gosuslugi portal for identity verification via biometrics. The submitted application must be signed in the "Goskey" application, installed on a phone or tablet, within 24 hours of submission. Registration in the "Goskey" app must use the same phone number linked to the EPGU account. Once signed, the application will be automatically sent to the Social Fund of Russia (SFR). Notification of application receipt by the SFR will appear in the EPGU personal account.
