President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has ordered the creation of the federal project "Russia in the World," aimed at developing international youth cooperation and promoting traditional Russian spiritual and moral values abroad. The instruction was given following a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects and the State Council commissions on socio-economic development, reports the President of Russia's website (http://kremlin.ru/acts/assignments/orders/74712). The federal project "Russia in the World" will particularly contribute to preserving the legacy of the World Festival of Youth. It includes holding Olympiads and competitions to attract foreign citizens, internships within the framework of Summer and Winter Universities, and providing foreign citizens with grants for education and employment in Russia.
