The Russian Geographical Society, together with Rossotrudnichestvo, announces the recruitment for participation in the "New Generation" project. This year, the RGO has prepared the program "Conservation Activities in Protected Natural Areas of Siberia," which will take place from August 17 to 25 in the Sayan-Shushensk Biosphere Reserve and the Khakassia Nature Reserve. Participants in the program will be able to familiarize themselves with the best practices of Russian reserves, listen to ecological and educational lectures from specialists in conservation and tourism, present their own reports, participate in ecological actions, and visit the main attractions of protected natural areas. Young leaders from foreign countries aged 25 to 35 are invited to participate in the project, specializing in conservation, ecology, tourism, protection of rare species of plants and animals, geography, zoology, and biology. Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage. Selection is based on a competitive process. **Participation Conditions:** - Foreign citizenship, without a Russian passport; - Permanent residence outside the Russian Federation; - The candidate has not previously participated in the "New Generation" program. The program organizers cover all associated costs. To participate, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the conditions on the RGO website and submit the required package of documents.
