On May 19th, the main Russian half marathon with a synchronized start, "ZaBeg.RF," will take place in all regions of Russia and abroad. Internationally, the event will be held under the name One Run. All Russian regions will start simultaneously – on May 19th at 09:00 Moscow time. Abroad, the time may vary depending on time zones, local specifics, and weather conditions. Thus, in 2024, participants from One Run in China, Brazil, Egypt, Serbia, Belarus, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Cameroon, Nepal, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan will start together with the entire Russia. The routes in each country are uniquely designed: they include the central areas of the capitals, riverbanks, main city squares, key landmarks, parks, and rivers. The half marathon will take place at four distances of varying difficulty: 1, 5, 10, and 21.1 km.
