Yachtsmen from Russia, Belarus, Serbia, and Germany will participate in the regatta named after the chairman of the presidium and first vice-president of the All-Russian Sailing Federation, Igor Chentsov. The competitions will be held from May 30 to June 2 and will kick off the Tenzor International Cup series, dedicated to the memory of outstanding figures in sailing.
