Youth Day at VNHSW-2024 is a great opportunity not only to learn everything about safety and labor productivity but also to win valuable prizes! The event will take place on September 13 at the Sirius Science and Technology Park. More than 20 practical sessions, business, and intellectual games are planned. The main program includes three tracks: "Career Elevator: How to Start a Career"; "Soft Skills in Career Development"; "Advanced Occupational Safety Practices. Safety Culture." Additionally, during the opening ceremony, participants will receive a "Competence Map." To complete it, participants must attend at least two events from the listed blocks and one interactive session. The results will help identify which professional skills need improvement. As part of Youth Day, the results of the case championship on the topic "Building a Safety Culture: Trends and Innovations" will also be announced. Teams of university students and young professionals from Russian companies competed in the championship.
