The "Peace with Russia" car rally is organized by the German non-governmental organization "Druschba Global", writes "Moskovsky Komsomolets". Its route will cover Karelia and the Golden Ring. The association started its activities in 2016. The main goal of "Druschba Global" is to demonstrate that there are many people in Germany who oppose the Russophobia of the German authorities. Most Germans want relations with Russia to be built in a constructive manner. The car rally started on July 27. Participants will visit Petrozavodsk, Ruskeala, and see the island of Kizhi. The travelers will also lay flowers at war memorials. Meetings with members of Russian public and youth organizations are planned.
