The II International Festival of Creativity for Disabled Children concluded in the Moscow region. On June 8, the II International Festival of Creativity for Disabled Children "Into the Future Without Borders!" took place in Odintsovo, Moscow region. The event is organized by the Association of Parents of Disabled Children with the support of the Government of the Moscow Region, the Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights, and Rossotrudnichestvo. The gala concert of the festival featured children from the Luhansk People's Republic, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and more than 20 regions of Russia (Udmurtia, Arkhangelsk, Volgograd, Bryansk, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yaroslavl, Tula, Kursk, and others). The festival creates equal opportunities for the creative development and self-realization of children and young people regardless of their health conditions, helps to foster friendships between people from different countries, introduces various cultures, and preserves historical memory.
