Applications are now open for participation in the "Knowledge" Award (https://award.znanierussia.ru/)—Russia's main award in the field of education, established by the Russian Society "Znanie" (https://t.me/Znanie_Russia) in 2021 to recognize the achievements of teachers, lecturers, authors, bloggers, science popularizers, and other educators. In 2024, the award is being held for the fourth time. In 2023, about 18,000 applications were submitted from 89 regions of Russia and 34 countries worldwide. This year, applications for the award are accepted in 19 categories. For foreign citizens, there is a special category called "Foreign Educator of the Year" (https://premiya.znanierussia.ru/application/?lang=en), which recognizes educational initiatives that contribute to strengthening Russia's relations with other countries. To receive the educational award, participants must go through several selection stages, receive high marks from experts and the Honorary Jury, and gain public recognition through online voting. Applications are accepted until September 30, 2024.
